A magpie hoards what shines. Yours hoards stock.

In five sentences

  1. 01MAGPIE is a collection of 1,792 pixel-art birds on Robinhood Chain, and each one is an NFT you can buy, hold and sell like any other.
  2. 02What makes a bird different from a picture is that it can be woken, by permanently destroying a quantity of a token called $SHINY.
  3. 03Once awake, a bird slowly accumulates real tokenized stock — currently NVDA, which tracks NVIDIA — into a store held inside the NFT itself, funded by trading fees on $SHINY.
  4. 04That store travels with the bird: sell it, and the buyer gets whatever it has hoarded, because the stock lives in the token rather than in an account we keep for you.
  5. 05A bird that is never fed again gradually stops earning, which is the whole tension of the thing — feeding costs $SHINY now, and neglect costs you later.

Before you go further

This is an experiment, not an investment. Tokenized stock is not a share: no ownership, no voting, no dividends. What a bird earns depends entirely on how much $SHINY gets traded, which may be very little or nothing at all.

You can lose everything you spend. The contracts have no owner and no pause switch, which means nobody can rug you and equally nobody can undo a mistake.

0.002 ETH each. It arrives asleep — waking it is a separate, optional step you take later.
